Day Planner Formula Troubles

Ok, so I am trying desperately to combine my 4 jobs into one day planner using excel to give me consistent events/holidays/chores on specific days of the week and specific days of the month for some things. I'm struggling with the right formulas to use to get the outcome I'm looking for. I am using Vertex42 day planner template as it has all of the holidays taken care and a spot for birthdays and anniversaries. Now onto my chores and monthly bills. The template has a section for Prioritized Tasks that I would like to get my daily/weekly chores into and I would like to add those chores that need to be done during certain months to show up in a different spot, and the tasks that are to be done every month listed on the weekends. I also need to put in my regular bills so that they show up recurring on certain days of every month. Yes, I know that there are apps for this but I don't want a digital version as I already have one. I am a hard-copy gal and really function better this way I'm just trying to streamline my recurring things.
