Create new worksheet with one graph using single cell input from multiple worksheets

I did that. Nothing happened in the result, and, when I clicked the Y-axis, again, it showed the original value, as if I had never changed it! I consider the matter closed; 'tis enough, 'twill serve!
If you wish, you could attach a small sample workbook demonstrating the problem (without sensitive data), or if that is not possible, make it available through OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar.
