Change cell to red color and return "mssing" of text regarding to two cell information

Dear Sir Could you help me, how to create one formulas in one cell Detail as attached file 1. I want to change cell color to red and return "missing" of text for cell of 7P, regarding to 7C is "null" &amp;&amp; 7H is not "null" 2. I don't want to change color and show "missing" in cell of 7P, if 7C is "null" &amp;&amp; 7H is "null" Thank you so much for help. Best Regards Justin Hsu Justin_hsu@amat.com

and conditional formatting rule
=(LEN(C7)=0)*(LEN(H7)&gt;0)
