Our IT Pro research tells us that change management skills are one of the top skills gap on their teams. Here's another tool for change management and Office 365 governance: a spreadsheet (generated by a script) for tracking what to do about each new message in the Admin Message Center. I've posted my sample spreadsheet in one of the replies. Follow this thread as I (with community help) improve the technique to generate this spreadsheet.
