MicrosoftVbala68 If you are using CM 2111 and less please upgrade to 2203 or latest. Ref the blog - Unified update platform (UUP) FAQ's - Microsoft Community Hub. there is a change in windows update with UUP.
We are on 2111 and plan on upgrading soon. In the meantime, I enabled the Delta Content option posted by ms_edrusi and the CU installed successfully.
