client operating system in the vm shows only one CPU

Hello,

 

I use a VM size D2s_v3. The D2s_v3 has 2 virtual CPU. But why the client operating system in the vm shows only one CPU?

    Hi Stefan, I would suggest you to check the Azure Compute Unit (ACU) which provides a way of comparing compute (CPU) performance across Azure SKUs. D-series are mostly 2:1 ( vCPU: Core)
