My MCT doesn't appear on my page

My MCT certificate isn't showing up on my profile.

I have an MCT certificate valid until December 2025, but it's not in my educational profile.

It was rejected for renewal by Pearson VUE for this reason.

I uploaded the certificate, and it's valid, yet it doesn't appear in my profile.
