Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Premium Announcement
Summary
On April 1, 2024, Microsoft announced the general availability of demand planning for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. The new demand planning capabilities will be licensed through Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Premium, the new licensing SKU for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. In addition to the capabilities included in the base Supply Chain Management license, Supply Chain Management Premium offers customers the capabilities to enhance supply chain adaptability and performance with advanced planning, analytics, and insights. The new SKU is now live on price lists (as of April 1, 2024) and is required for customers who use the demand planning feature. These capabilities address a common historical gap in Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 ERP portfolio while also infusing new differentiated AI and Copilot features to support the ongoing work to make Dynamics 365 the best suite of solutions for customers.
