CSP: renewal of Dynamics subscriptions for retired SKUs

Hello,

As a CSP indirect reseller, I have a question regarding the renewal of Dynamics subscriptions for clients. In two cases, I have a subscription for a Dynamics product that is no longer listed in my supplier’s price list.

What will happen during auto-renewal? Are these products still renewable?

Specifically:

  • Dynamics 365 Customer Voice: I understand that a change was made by Microsoft in October 2023. Can this reference be renewed, or should I consider an alternative?
  • Dynamics 365 Marketing Attach: With the introduction of Customer Insights, can I renew this subscription?

    Existing Customer Voice customers can continue to purchase and renew their Customer Voice licenses.

     

    As a Microsoft Reseller in CSP, you work with Indirect Providers (also known as Distributors) who have a direct relationship with Microsoft and can provide you with customer support, pricing, and billing.

     

    If you're not already working with an Indirect Provider (also known as a distributor), you can search the list of official Microsoft providers to find one. When you find a provider you want to partner with, contact them directly to discuss their reseller programs, level of support, and terms.

     

    If both you and the provider want to work together, you need to connect your accounts on the Partner Center.
