Session host shows need assistance

I have deployed new session host recently and for few of them it shows need assistance as health state. On those session hosts all agents are there except the Geneva one is missing but when i try to install the same agent from the path C:\program Files\Microsoft\Microsoft RD Agent getting error.

All the Microsoft endpoints are accessible. How to fix this one.

check in the josn script under health check it will give you the precise reason for this. This also occurs if you have deployed any appattach or appv application via appattach and if appv service or appattach vhdx file is not available.

  • Any chance by restart services or manual install:

    • Navigate to the installation path: C:\Program Files\Microsoft RD Agent.
    • Locate the Geneva Monitoring Agent installer (e.g., Microsoft.RDInfra.Geneva.Installer-x64.msi).
    • Run the installer as an administrator. If you encounter errors, ensure that all prerequisites are met and that no conflicting versions of the agent are present.

While installing the Geneva agent from C:\ProgramFiles\Microsoft RDAgent getting failed.

Also, Try to reregister the session host but still Geneva agent is not installed. Monitoring agent folder is also missing.
Don't have idea what is root cause for this and how to fix this.

Raised the case with Microsoft but engineer also not able to find anything as of now.
