I'm trying to set up a host pool, but I keep recieving a 'policy error'.

I've attempted to provision a host pool in my Azure tenant, and each time I get to the end and submit, I recieve "RequestDisallowedByPolicy" I'm not sure where to go from here. I've attached my error...
