Unable to upload package to Synapse spark pool

I an using Azure Synapse Analytics.

Recently i have started facing issue while uploading packages to spark pool. It was working previously.

Whenever I try to change library in apache spark pool (upload new lib/ uninstall previously uploaded Library) . I get the error -  CreateOrUpdateSparkComputeFailed Error occured while processing the request

Also . Also, SystemReservedJob-LibraryManagement application job not getting triggered. Previously this was getting triggered whenever we uploaded package
