How to copy files from FTP and put them in a folder with current datetime

I am use Azure Synapse's Copy Data in pipeline.

I configured the SFTP. I can copy files from the FTP server to synapse filesystem.

Now how configure sink to everytime it grabs the files it puts it in a folder with datetime name?

Is this the right approach?

How to do it?
