Purview Message Encryption - Broken Icon
The lock image url referenced in the "has sent you a protected message" email is invalid.

I can confirm this was last working on 2/12/2025. Messages sent on 2/12 and today 3/6 reference the same url. This is not a case of the image being blocked by the mail client.
Thank you,
Matt

Microsoft
The fix for this issue is rolling out now and you should start to see the icon resolve correctly over the next few weeks.

Not for me and above is the link that is embedded in the html of the email.- jfbosCopper Contributor
Same issue here. Just opened up a ticket with MS support. Let's see how quickly they can fix what should be a slam dunk / something that really should never 'break'.

Microsoft support has resolved the issue. I'm seeing the lock icon again in messages.

I'm having the same issue as well.

Same here and across multiple tenants

I do not have a blocked content\image notification. I opened a ticket last week that's unfortunately still in the initial troubleshooting phase.

Did MS resolve for you? Just opened a ticket for our tenant. This is really something that should never 'break' in the first place. Annoying since it makes the email look janky/phishy coming from our tenant.
