Move a user to the cloud (this time is different)

Y'ello!! Alright, how you doing guys? I don't know if you can help me, but.. I really need some answers to this problem. Please...

You'll see, the thing is that mi local AD is broken, doesn't work anymore, no way to repair it or get in there, and the sync doesn't work too 😞 And I need to get several users from the AD to the cloud!!! You know how? Thanks a lot, really!!!

Can I use powershell or,, god, dunno, what I need to do? Please!

You may want to use Repadmin cmdlet available for PS in order to start troubleshooting the most common AD issues: https://www.rebeladmin.com/2018/01/troubleshooting-active-directory-replication-issues-powershell-guide/

It'll take some time to identify whether this is an AD DS connector account or ADsync service account issue or something completely different. If you're looking to onboard those users rather quick, creating the user/inviting to a directory would be a much better solution (if you have permissions to do so).
