Data Flow does not open

Hello,

I'm having trouble and would like to know how they solved.um data flow is not opening, kind of frozen, was working on it and crashed the internet.

When I came back I found I frozen data flow. I click on the icon and it doesn't open and nothing happens. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
