Can we disable Cognitive Service?

Hi

I am looking forward to use cognitive services for analyzing the messages posted in yammer group. The score is then stored in a SharePoint list. However, am a bit confused if I can disable the service created or not. Since the service has per hour and per transaction charge I want to be sure before creating the same.

Can some provide steps to do so, if possible?
