Azure BOT - Microphone of te Microsoft Teams don't work on the mobile phone (IOS/Android)

We created an application in Teams that is connected to Azure Bot and this application does not enable the microphone. We carried out several tests and were unsuccessful. When enabling media in the manifest document, the camera appears, but the microphone does not appear.
