What is AADLive in the Azure Marketplace?

Hi,

I found two apps by Microsoft Corporation in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace:

Microsoft Account (Windows Live)

Windows Live

What's the purpose of these?

Would it allow the users in my org's AzureAD to login to live.com? In order to access certain apps that are only available through live.com.

How does it work?

What does it mean by requires an existing subscription?
