What's the best way to capture a user's pronouns and present them in their Microsoft profile?

Does anyone know if support for display of pronouns in Microsoft Teams is on Microsoft's roadmap? Slack just recently added this feature.
Or if we went the custom attribute route, would that be able to display with Microsoft Teams profiles?

cgreenmzr - I'm pretty sure Karuana_Gatimu_MSFT mentioned that this is coming soon at the M365 Conference in Vegas, but I can't find the Roadmap feature.
