Use One Azure Active Directory for both Dynamic 365 and O365
Hello Expert, If an environment has an existing D365 set up with an Azure Active Directory, can the same AAD tenant be used for O365?

Yes!
AAD can be used for multiple workloads.
Just assign O365 licenses next to your existing D365 and you are good to go

- Dean_GrossNov 26, 2019Silver ContributorAnd it gets even better, the AAD directory can be used for thousands of apps, see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/manage-apps/add-gallery-app to get started. You can also add your custom line of business apps as well as your on-premises web apps via the AAD App Proxy. This improves security and provides a tremendous number of benefits to the admins and users
