Sync On Prem AD to Azure AD

Question

Hi All We are using AD sync to sync our on prem AD to Azure; but how do I replicate our structure; when I look at the Azure AD there is just a list of 1000 employees with no structure in other words it seems that the AD Connector isn't configured to map our OU's Any ideas?

that's explains it!! OK will have to have a re think on the Dynamic exchange e mail lists we use.
