MFA Authenticator

Hello,

We've been migrations for GPO in our Company for past 2 weeks,we've been using the MFA app authentication to our  Microsoft 365 accounts, I received a new phone and encountered difficulties setting up the MFA, I managed to set up the MFA on the new device, last Thursday, However today, when attempting to log in, I was prompted to confirm the sign in with passcode or Biometric. Which we haven't use before, does anyone have advice or suggestions regarding this issue?
