IE keeps refreshing while accessing aka.ms/mfasetup

We are using IE version 11.While trying to access aka.ms/mfasetup in IE it keeps refreshing the page.

Tried clearing browsing and cached data, adding the site to trusted sites,disabling meta refresh ,resetting IE ,still issue persists.

We are able to access aka.ms/mfasetup in Chrome & Microsoft Edge without any issue.Many users are experiencing this issue.is there any issue with IE browser?
