Different output from Get-MsolPartnerContract and Get-AzureADContract

Hi, 

When running Get-MsolPartnerContract and Get-AzureADContract we get different results.

With the Get-MsolPartnerContract we do not list out customers that have been disabled / removed as customers, but on the Get-AzureADContract, these previous customers are still listed.

Is there any explanation to this? In the CSP portal, the removed customers does not show.
