Cross Tenant Sync - not successfull - Provisioning fail - SkipReason "AlreadySoftDeleteEntry"

Hi

Are having a new issue, have set up CTS with this tenant before, and now gets issue with "SkipReason "AlreadySoftDeleteEntry" as reason, and gets message:

"The user [user] is disabled  in Microsoft Entra ID, but active in Azure Active Directory (target tenant). They will be disabled in Azure Active Directory (target tenant)."

So all the settings looks great, inbound in target and outbound from client.

But get this error, under step 5. "Evaluate action to be performad"
"The user [user] is disabled  in Microsoft Entra ID, but active in Azure Active Directory (target tenant). They will be disabled in Azure Active Directory (target tenant)."

Attribute name / Attribute value:

isActive = True

Assigned to the application = False

isInProvisioningScope = False

scopeEvaluationResult = (a regex which works on other tenants, and have worked with this also.)

Does anybody knows what could be the issue?
Can see that it skippes the users, and does not sync to target tenant.

Any tips / ideas are very much appriciated,
Thank you in advance,
