Conditional Access policy preventing access to DevOps from Teams

Our users are not allowed to connect to Azure DevOps from Teams: "You can't get there from here". I have checked all CA policies, and all the relevant ones explicitly exclude Azure DevOps. So now I suspect that also Teams should be excluded - or am I wrong?
