B2B Direct Connect + cross tenant access enables switch tenants functionality?

- If you have enabled cross-tenant sync, those users are likely already synchronized to your tenant, so yes, this is the expected behavior. If you only want to use Shared channels/direct connect, cross-tenant sync is NOT a requirement.
