Support from ASfP Pooled PSAM

Is it just us, or has the support from ASfP been non-existent since switching to the pooled PSAM? What are we even paying $16k+ a year for?

  • The service is getting worse every year. When you think it can't get any worse, you'll be proven wrong.
  • we are also not sure whether to extend the ASfP or not. The only thing for us is, Microsoft is probably not letting you be Tier-1 CSP partner without ASfP…
but I agree, the service has been degrading over and over (as with everything partner-related)

WS-AdamF   The ASfP support and PSAM support has definitely degraded in 2024.   We used to be able to leverage our PSAM on a monthly touchpoint to identify where we stood with benefits, latest updates from Microsoft and help to track down cases that were dragging on for days without response.  IN addition to the support teams, Now it's the pooled PSAM team that is not responding.

However, I did get a note two days ago from ASfP Marketing that "Should your organization prefer to obtain a designated PSAM, our Premier Support for Partners (PSfP) offer this benefit. . .".   Triple your spend with Microsoft and they'll give you a dedicated PSAM.

Sure a CSP is not expected to pay for a service that is not delivering? Does anyone have a senior contact responsible for putting this service in place that we can share this frustration, so something can me done about this?
