I'm Asher from the Advanced Support for Partners team. I will DM you to learn your business name and can help determine if you have a PDM and who that is.
If you don't have a PDM, there are some things to know..
1) Advanced Support for Partners is a paid support plan that includes a Partner Success Account Manager. This is a different role than that of a PDM but is a Microsoft rep that can assist with various needs. You can complete the ASfP learn more from to speak with an ASfP specialist and see if a PSAM and the other ASfP benefits are worth considering for your business. - https://www.microsoftpartnersupport.com/asfp/learn
2)If the end goal is to become an LSP to transact EAs, I don't think a PDM or PSAM will be able to help you with that. Only LSPs can transact EA agreements and I'm not aware of any type of enrollment option for a Partner to enroll as an LSP. My understanding is LSPs are invite-only.
As a Partner supporting a customer who wants to purchase an EA, you can work with the end customer and the LSP regarding the EA and can provide ongoing support to the customer for services on their EA, you could potentially associate to the customer via DAP or other association for consumption credit and possibly incentives, in addition to options for enhanced support benefits via ASfP for these and possibly other types of customers on an EA or if they purchased through CSP.
Thanks,
Asher

As mentioned, you must be an LSP to facilitate EAs and we have no guidance on how to become one. It is recommend you work with an LSP for EAs for yourself or for a customer.

Asher - Mmk2118May 25, 2023Brass ContributorHello Asher,
Thank you for your help. I hope there's a way to become an LSP as we need to help in the signing process of an EA for our client directly with Microsoft and we simply have no one to contact to get started.
Thank you
