Logic App Speed

I have an app that has an HTTP Endpoint and pulls data from an on premise sql server. If I don't make a call to the endpoint for a while the first new call is slow and subsequent calls are fast. It seems that either the logic app or the on prem gateway spins down. Can anyone provide any advice on resolving this issue? Thanks in advance.
