What do you like best about ezeep Blue?
The best thing about the ezeep Blue print solution is that it offers a very good user interface. Our employees instinctively find their way around the printer self-service and find their printer. With one click, the printer appears in their programs.
How has the solution helped your organization?
Before our current Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop environment, we had a pure on-premises environment with a self-programmed printer management tool. The effort required to keep this up to date was very high. When we took the step into the Microsoft 365 world, we had to answer the question: How will we print in the future? We quickly realized that it was not possible to update our own tool and that we needed a Microsoft 365-integrated solution. ezeep Blue's quick and easy implementation saved us a lot of time and effort that we would otherwise have invested in programming a new printer management system.
How is customer service and support for ezeep Blue?
Good, from installation to problem solving, we were always well supported. Comments on possible improvements or new features were also always taken on board and checked.
Any recommendations to other users considering this solution?
ezeep Blue is a good, all-round solution when it comes to printer management. ezeep Blue can be used individually, from an interface between the applications and print server to a complete cloud print processing solution.

I would currently give it 4 stars. However, as improvements and new features are constantly being worked on, there is a tendency toward 5 stars.
