PS - Any materials, thought leadership, research on companies going through change, e.g. acquisition
Hello! I've been searching the forum and other places for some research, thought pieces etc for what employees normally endure during times of change, e.g. acquisitions. Working with a client now where scores are decreasing and the senior leadership will in the insights presentation likely want to understand how other companies are doing, if they differ or are similar etc. I will of course emphasise that they first and foremost need to focus on their own results and act on opportunity areas of impact, but it would be helpful to be able to refer to some additional research or even anecdotal stories from other companies. In this case there seems to be a fear of culture changing and comms around the transformation not being clear. Any help much appreciated! Hi there, I am importing historical data for a client and we have came to spot that there are slight differences in the Fav score as per reported before (by a different vendor). (+/- 1% differences) Should client ask for an explantation, could the reason be due to caculations and rounding on the backend? Please advise! Hi there, I understand that trend data are tagged against each attribute (vs. data follow employee). However, as I started exploring possible scenarios, I am not too sure about certain details so hoping someone could help! This is on the assumption that we provide full access to attributes filtering- Scenario Trend data Glint’s reply When we review a manager A’s 2024 overall report I believe the trend 2023 data we are seeing of on Manager A's overall report will be the past 2023 score of Manager A and regardless of who was in his/her team today. Can you confirm if this is correct? However, my question here is if I start to filter the report by for example, Males, will the 2023 trend data I see then be of (a) all Males from the entire org in 2023 or (b) 2023 scores of only the Male employees in Manager A's team from 2023? Question 2- On the assumption that we have manager ID set up for current year data, meaning that we will have manager report hierarchy. In the case where we do not have manager ID in our 2023 trended data, I understand in that case, there will be no 2023 trend data for manager reports in our 2024 survey. With that, the data will be shown to be NA on the overall report page? What if, we later filter by different attribtues (i.e., Male), will the trend data still be empty? Thanks alot! Hi there! I understand that we can generate a generic survey link which allows users (typically w/o email) to log in via attribtues information and that the default langauge is English. However, is it possible for us to create different generic log-in page in different languages? Does that mean that we will have several 'generic survey links'? Reasons why age and tenure buckets may not be populating? The main error message we are experiencing is: The following attribute/attributes 'status' are in file but is not configured in Glint. If this is a new attribute, use the self-serve feature in Glint by navigating to Settings -> Configure -> People and add new attributes or email support. We have checked and there is no status field outside the required attribute in our file. When i deleted our status field the error stopped but i also couldnt upload still as its a required field.
