Recording a meeting on Skype for Business Mac
Hi all! I need some help finding out how to record a meeting on skype for business on my Mac. I have the app downloaded, but once I'm in a meeting I don't see the option anywhere. I've checked the three "..." I'm trying to record phone calls if that helps at all. I've looked at a ton of tutorials. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
When can we use File Transfer on SfB for Mac version?
Hello, I am an Office 365 business user in China. The China version of 365 (operated by China 21Vianet) still no plan for Teams migration. We have to use Skype for Business on Mac computers. But the Mac version of SfB is very low. There is no File Transfer, no Screen Capture and no Screen Control functions. Please update SfB for Mac. Thank you very much indeed.
16.28.130 and Autodiscover
Hi, We are running Exchange 2010 in Hybrid mode with 365. One of our mac users installed S4B last month (which is great), however since installing, our Exchange server w3vsvc1 log file location has started blowing out to almost 2GB of log files daily (was previously under 100MB). All entries in the log are autodiscover queries as per below: 2020-03-04 00:22:00 192.xxx.yyy.zzz POST /autodiscover/autodiscover.svc - 443 - 10.xxx.yyy.zzz SfBForMac/16.28.130.0000+(Mac+OSX+10.14.4) 401 1 2148074254 0 ideally we would like to reduce or limit the autodiscover queries as there seem to be hundreds per second. Can't send files/screenshots on SFB on Mac
How in the name of god you disabled this feature? how long should Mac's user should wait? Sending screenshots via chat on SFB is an essential working feature. if you don't think so then why on Skype version it is possible? and why on SFB on windows is it possible? Can you please explain when this will be available on SFB for Mac and if you need a developer to show you how to do it I know around 100k beginners developers who can do it in less than a week Thanks
Crash When Accessing Emails in Outlook

When I have Outlook and Skype for Business open at the same time, if I click on any new emails in Outlook, SfB crashes. Experiencing number of issues with Skype for Business on MAC client in our network, anyone else seeing or have any recommendations? Few examples, IM delivery failure Mid Call Failures Polycom Trio has huge Round Trips FYI - Lync 2013 infra and also SFBONew Skype for Business on Mac Insider Fast build available (16.15.148)
We released a new Insider build with the following improvements: Join meeting audio with Call me at If you are enabled by a conference policy to join audio by having the meeting call a phone number, you will now be able to choose Call me at in the Join Meeting Audio dialog box before joining a meeting. Joining a meeting without audio When you choose join a meeting without joining audio, you will see the meeting window with a black background and a notification that you have joined the meeting without audio. If you want to connect audio later, select the Rejoin button. Improvements Fixed several issues that could prevent you from joining a meeting. Fixed an issue that prevented you from joining meetings from outside of your organization. Added a Don't show this again for this device checkbox to the prompt to switch to an audio device when a user connects a device to the computer Fixed an issue with displaying long IM disclaimer text. Fixed an issue where emoticons in chats were displayed when disabled by policy (via DisableEmoticons in CsClientPolicy). Fixed an issue that prevented users who are not enabled for Enterprise Voice from seeing the Before joining a meeting, ask me which audio device I want to use option in the Calls page of Preferences. Check it out, and report any issues by clicking Report an Issue on the Help menu.
