Change date format on Planner (from US to Europe-LatinAmerica)
Hi everyone, Since the update on new planner I lost the "ability" of changing the date format from MM/DD to DD/MM only changing the "en-us" to "en-gb" in the address from the browser. Now the address changed and I'm suffering with this american date format. Any way to change this to DD/MM?
Turning off Email notifications....
Hi there, we have users that complaine about too much EMails send by the Planner App in teams. For instance, they do receive an email every time someone adds a comment to a task, where they are members. And they claim that this is only since last week or so. They want that to be turned off. But I cannot find where it could be located? Can anyone help. Thanks a Million Berthold
Roadmap Add premium capabilities to Planner
From the roadmap of planner and features that are launching, does anyone know how you can tell if your tenant has got it yet? I assume since i cannot see any of the premium features that are mentioned that we have not been updated yet? Editing multiple entries in Planner, e.g. using a quick edit view, a fill handle or the like
There should be a way to quickly edit one property of several tasks in Planner - for example setting a due date. What I have in mind is the fill handle in Excel or the Quick Edit View in SharePoint task lists. As far as I know, this is missing (also see answers below). If so, it seems to me to be a small but highly significant feature request. Regards JoPlanner should notify task_creator when someone mark the task as DONE or change_task_status
Use Case I created a task on November 15 and assigned it to Alice. Bob accidentally clicked and marked the task as DONE. 🤕 Alice thought, "Bob has helped me complete the task." I didn't receive any notification. A week later, I asked Alice about the task, and she said, "Bob helped me finish it." I asked Bob, and he said, "Oops." 🤐 Now the task has been missed, and the team is struggling to recover it. Proposal Please add a notification (both in Teams and via email) to the task creator when someone changes the task status. Regards, Long.New planner doesn't show a "schedule" view of tasks assigned to me from different plans
The new version of web-based Planner was enabled for me a few days ago, on November 17th. Apparently, I realized that one of the features I used is missing. At the "My Tasks" view, in the old version of Planner, one could choose to have different views, apart from the grid view. The most useful one for me was the "schedule" view, since I could see in one calendar, all assigned tasks from different plans/teams/projects. This functionality now seems to have been removed, and one can only see one separate schedule per plan.
Resource Utilisation View
Hi, I'm using Planner 3 and would like an enterprise view of resource allocation to help with planning new work. I wonder if this is available in MS Planner 3, or if it needs to be Planner 5. If the latter, is the jump up really worth it from a resource utilisation management perspective? Thanks, Nick
