Planner - We can't show comments right now
I'm getting the following error display as a banner on one of my Plans when I open Task items. "We can't show comments right now. Check again in a few minutes" I'm almost certain that this message only appears when a Task Comment has been deleted from the group mailbox. The issue is that the error message is misleading and my users think that comments are failing to show. Is there any way to prevent this message from displaying - I don't have access to the Admin Centre unfortunately.
Planner Actions
I used to use project for the web for high-level project plans and planner for actions, but as Project is now embedded within Planner, it means anytime I just want an action that should not be on the project plan appears on the project plan if its done in planner. How can I fix this, or how is actions now managed?
For those using the Accelerator - Will Open in Project Button be Replaced
Those who use the Accelerator want to know if the Open in Project button will be removed and replaced with the Open Planner button. Can anyone answer this question? This is associated with the PFTW end point retirement effective August 1st.
Add Task Progress percentage through Power automate
Hi I am using Microsoft planner basic within teams app which gives only option of progress as not started / in progress / completed. My team needs detailed percentage of progress for which i wish to create a power automate flow to find out the actual percentage of progress happening in each task based on the checklists count and comment count. Can some one throw light on how to do this workflow in power automate? any links appreciated.Planner for Actions
Hi I used to use project for the web for project plans and planner for individual actions that are more detailed and would not be on high-level project plans. Whereas now that Planner has replaced project, any time I want to add just actions, is it adding to the overall grid timeline view which I do not want. Is there something I am missing or is actions now handled somewhere else?
Transitioning to Microsoft Planner and retiring Microsoft Project for the web - Dataverse Data
Hi, I have received some inquiries from my customers who are using Microsoft Project for the Web and integrating it with Dataverse through Power Automate. They are applying updates directly to Dataverse records via automated flows.
