Current Issue with Private Plans on Marketplace Subscriptions
We typically create private plans for customers on our transactable public offer in the Marketplace, tailored to specific commercial terms and custom features. However, over the past few weeks, we've observed that newly created private plans are not being reflected in the subscriptions managed by Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs). To address this, we're exploring alternative approaches to ensure plan visibility and alignment with CSP-managed subscriptions.Marketplace Cashflow Management
A new one on me, but one to watch for if you haven't yet yourselves encountered it: Back in April, we created an Azure Marketplace private offer for an enterprise customer Customer has a MACC; but instead of their EA number, they gave us a subscription ID with the explanation they separate their internal consumption from Marketplace purchases Customer waited until 2 May to purchase their private offer Seemed innocuous at the time, but . . . the combination of purchasing under a subscription ID + waiting until early in a new month to execute the purchase = the transaction not landing on their Microsoft Azure bill until June. Which in turn means they don't have to pay Microsoft until July. Which in turn means we don't receive our payout until August. Or maybe September. Clever, eh? Good for the customer's cash flow. Less good for ours. Some customers are getting wise to the nuances of Marketplace billing and payment cycles, so be wary of the impacts on your cashflow! #MarketplaceChampions #Sponsored

I must say that I am a Distributor and my Partners do not have access to the Security page and I want to make sure that they can access it. From what I have found, it only says that it is enforced for direct bill partners, distributors (formerly indirect provider), and indirect resellers. Can you please update this because the FY26 document requires that you Complete the mandatory requirements of the Partner Center security score. Please provide clarity on compliance with the Security requirements. Looking for some general feedback from ISV, SI, MSP community... We're a mid-sized ISV with some enterprise services capability focused on deployments, cloud migration of both our own and some Microsoft security workloads. We've never used ECIF, but have a few targets where it would be valuable. I'm getting great support from Microsoft program team to onboard to the program and expect to have us activated shortly. Scope-wise, we have a handful of targets and would probably be pleased to execute with them in upcoming year. Question - what are your experiences with ECIF for Fed? What's the "operational lift" to manage a program and capture this benefit? Has this worked well for you? Has it been cumbersome? Any particular areas we should especially focus attention to ensure smooth execution? URGENT: MPA and CSP Suspension Imminent Despite Support Tickets – Requesting Immediate Assistance
Hi Microsoft Partner Community, I’m urgently seeking assistance regarding an imminent suspension of my MPA and CSP account, following a notice issued on 22 May 2025 with a 30 day notice period. Despite multiple support tickets and confirmation that my account is authorized, the Verification status still shows as Rejected in Partner Center. After a ticket claimed authorization was complete, I was again asked to resubmit the same documents with no indication of next steps or resolution. Support Request Numbers: 2505230010001935 (logged 24 May) 2506130010000145 (logged 13 June) – positive response received: "your account is now authorized. There is no further action required from you." 2506160010000226 (logged 16 June) I cannot upload documents under the Legal business profile “Fix now” section, it seems to be stuck in a loop. I have been able to upload them under Profile Info “Fix now” section below. I've submitted all requested documentation multiple times (including through support tickets, email, and Partner Center). This is now business-critical, and I manage multiple client tenancies through the CSP program. I’m requesting immediate escalation to the appropriate Microsoft teams to prevent disruption to services. If a Microsoft representative or moderator can help escalate or provide direct guidance, I would greatly appreciate it.
