Hardware enrollment blocked — requesting manual review
Hello Microsoft Partner Compliance / Verification team, We are a legitimate and established software development company incorporated in the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) in September 2022. We hold a valid software development license and operate as a real business with a corporate office, an established website, and a portfolio of software products that can be reviewed on our website. Our company is fully identifiable through its corporate and registration information. We are actively developing and distributing our software products and have a genuine business need for the Microsoft Partner Center Hardware program. We are trying to enroll in the Microsoft Partner Center Hardware program because our software products require Windows driver signing. We have already obtained an EV code signing certificate in preparation for this process. As part of the Partner Center enrollment and verification process, our company was successfully identified using its D-U-N-S number, with the corresponding company information listed in the D&B database. Our enrollment request was immediately blocked with the following message: “Microsoft runs on trust. We engage in a rigorous set of evaluation and certification processes; as a result your request was blocked. If you require further information please reach out to Microsoft Support…” Given the information available about our company and its legitimate business activities, it is absolutely unclear to us why the enrollment request was blocked. In particular, we were not asked to provide any supporting documentation or clarification before the enrollment was blocked, so we were not given an opportunity to address any specific concern that may have arisen during the evaluation. As instructed in the enrollment message, we contacted Microsoft Support. We were provided with troubleshooting recommendations, which we followed, but the enrollment remained blocked with the same result. Microsoft Support subsequently confirmed that the Trust-related block remained in place and that our access could not be reactivated at that time. We then sent follow-up questions asking what specifically had caused the issue and whether there was anything we could provide or correct. We did not receive a further response or any notification confirming that the case had been closed. Following Microsoft's troubleshooting recommendations, we subsequently repeated the enrollment. Unfortunately, the same Trust-related block occurred again. We are also currently unable to obtain further assistance through Partner Center Support. When we try to submit a support request concerning the Hardware enrollment issue, the portal returns: “There is a problem submitting your request, try again!”. We tried multiple times over the course of about a week, using different browsers, but received the same error message each time. This leaves us without a clear path to understand or resolve the issue. We fully understand and respect Microsoft's need to conduct appropriate trust, compliance, and verification checks. However, as a legitimate licensed software company with an established business presence, identifiable corporate operations, a portfolio of products, and a genuine need for the Hardware program, we would very much like to understand what specifically is preventing our enrollment. Could a Microsoft Community Manager please help route this matter to the appropriate Partner Vetting / Trust & Safety or Hardware enrollment team for manual review? If there is a specific concern, requirement, or verification issue affecting our company, we are fully prepared to provide the relevant documentation and clarification. We would simply appreciate the opportunity to understand what needs to be addressed rather than having our enrollment blocked without any specific information being provided to us. We are not asking Microsoft to bypass its verification requirements. We are asking for a fair opportunity to complete the verification process and address any concerns that may have resulted in the Trust evaluation decision. Thank you for your assistance.Finding your billing account ID for private offers

MAICPP identity verification stuck "In Progress" — no Resolve action, ticket unanswered 2 weeks
Our Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program enrollment (İNFRASPRO BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ) has been stuck since 25 Aug 2026. Verification Summary shows Contact = Verified, Identity = In Progress, Business = In Progress (Microsoft Action). The "Action required" banner persists on Legal Info, and clicking "go here" only opens the Verification Summary page — no "Resolve/Start" or "Get verified here" action ever renders under Identity verification for the primary contact (mailto:email address removed for privacy reasons), who holds Global Admin + Compliance Admin. There is no self-service path to obtain or present a verified credential. Support ticket TrackingID#2609020040003471 has gone unanswered for over a week. Requesting a Community Manager to escalate this to the Partner Vetting / Trust & Safety team for manual review and re-issuance of the identity vetting request. I can share Tenant ID, Partner ID, and entity details via DM.Reactivate a suspended Hardware developer account
Hello, Our company's Partner Center account has been deactivated, and we are unable to submit a support request to reactivate it, because every self-service channel we've tried fails at the account/authentication level. Issue: When accessing the Partner Center dashboard, we get an "Access restricted" error stating the account has been deactivated. - Correlation ID: 1da30ed7-5474-44d8-bd3f-1169178839ed - Correlation vector: 4OVjp70z/0aILrHY.3 - Time: 07 Sep 2026 23:45:42 +00:00 We believe this is due to prolonged inactivity on the account. What we've already tried (all failed): 1. Partner Center > Help + support > Create a support request (Account Settings > Account status > Reactivate a suspended Hardware developer account) - submission fails with "There is a problem submitting your request, try again!" 2. The "no sign-in required" support ticket link (https://partner.microsoft.com/support?stage=2&topicid=6b52f3cf-3b36-df07-f75b-27aa68bf8a01) - same submission failure, even when not signed in. 3. Help + support > AI assistant flow - the "Workspace" field returns "No results found," so we cannot even select a problem type to proceed. It appears that because the account is deactivated, the backend cannot retrieve account/workspace data needed for these ticket-creation flows, so we're stuck in a loop where we can't fix the deactivation because the deactivation itself blocks every way of requesting help. Could someone from the Microsoft team help escalate this and open a support ticket on our behalf, or point us to a channel that doesn't depend on account-level API calls? Thank you.MAICPP enrolment fails with "The request could not be completed"
Hi! Posting here because I have no working support channel. The Partner Center support form requires a Workspace, and the dropdown is empty because no enrolment is active, so the form cannot be submitted. The public support link does not submit either. THE PROBLEM Starting a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program enrolment fails immediately: URL: partner.microsoft.com/dashboard/account/v3/enrollment/introduction/partnership Error: "The request could not be completed." No enrolment form is ever shown. Account settings > Legal info renders completely empty, with no tabs and no fields. Account settings > Identifiers shows no Partner ID. WHAT I HAVE ALREADY RULED OUT - Account type: a work account with a mailbox, not a personal Microsoft account. - Domain: the account sits on a DNS-verified custom domain, not onmicrosoft.com. - Role: Global Administrator, confirmed through Microsoft Graph (roleTemplateId 62e90394-69f5-4237-9190-012177145e10). - Tenant country: set, and it matches the legal entity's country. - Browser: reproduced in a private window with no extensions. - Domain history: our domain was previously verified in an older tenant of ours. We force-deleted it there and verified it in the current tenant. The error is identical before and after that move. So every documented prerequisite is satisfied, and the error is unchanged. WHAT I AM ASKING FOR Could a moderator escalate this to the Vetting / Trust & Safety team? Someone needs to inspect the backend enrolment state for our tenant, confirm whether a partial or rejected partner account record exists on it or on our older tenant, and clear it so a new enrolment can start. I can share the tenant IDs, the company legal details and the registration ID privately. Happy to provide anything else that helps! Thanks!MAICPP enrolment blocked 715-123160 and official stage-3 support form also fails
Hello, Our Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program enrolment has been blocked with reference 715-123160. No Partner Centre workspace was created, so I cannot raise a normal support ticket. I also tried Microsoft’s support route for users without a Partner Centre account, but the completed form returns: “There is a problem submitting your request, try again!” Please can a Microsoft Community Manager arrange an escalation to Partner Vetting / Compliance for manual review or provide a working private support route? I can provide the correlation ID, company details and supporting documents privately through a secure Microsoft channel. Thank you.Large Dataverse Database Migration
Hello folks, Hoping someone has come across this challenge before - customer has a 1.5Tb+ prod database that needs to be reduced drastically. Is there a Support request route we can raise to create a DB copy into the customers Azure SQL? this would be the quickest route to get a copy before running bulk deletions. Long Term Retention wont be enough in this case either. Any thoughts welcome. TIAWindows Hardware Program account deactivated — all documented support paths fail
Tactrix Inc. has an existing Windows Hardware Developer Program enrollment that has previously been used for Microsoft driver submissions. I can successfully authenticate to the original Entra tenant (tactrixwhd.onmicrosoft.com) as its administrator, but the Hardware Dashboard reports: “Access restricted. We’re sorry, you don’t have permission to access this page because your Partner Center account has been deactivated.” Correlation ID: 7a744350-504d-4044-adc8-e7e6fe6989a4 Correlation vector: iLE4blwQb0KLOUSG.3 Time: 07 Sep 2026 06:19:34 +00:00 I have followed the current HDC support documentation at aka.ms/HDC-Support, but both documented recovery paths are unusable: Engage Center: No Access / no workspace Partner Center Support: Review Solutions never completes Direct Partner Center support-request form: form loads, but submission fails with “There is a problem submitting your request, try again!” The former HDC Account Verification Support intake form is now closed. I need the existing Hardware Developer Program enrollment reinstated/reactivated. I am not attempting to create a new enrollment. We have EV code signing certificates for drivers along with Yubikeys for signing attestations for submittal that are all associated with this account. We are trying to release signed drivers this coming week. Could a Microsoft moderator please escalate this to Windows Hardware Program / HDC account operations or provide a working means of opening the required support case?Windows Hardware Developer Program: how long for the EV cert questionnaire email?
Hello, I'm in the process of registering my company for the Windows Hardware Developer Program, following this guide: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/dashboard/hardware-program-register So far I have completed: 1. Submitted the registration request 2. Uploaded the Extended Validation (EV) code signing certificate from the "Manage certificates" page, as instructed According to the documentation, I should receive a questionnaire email asking for additional information about my business before the approval review can proceed. However, it has now been about 9 business days (submitted on August 25) since I completed the steps above, and I still haven't received this email - I've also checked the junk/spam folder. Could someone from the Hardware Dev Center team help clarify: - The typical turnaround time for this questionnaire email - Whether there's any way to check the current status of my registration/verification from my side - What I should do if the email still doesn't arrive Thank you in advance for any guidance.Need support request 2608200040009361 to be looked at
I created a previous support request on employment verification status, and they responded to me asking for domain and business verification documents. I sent the documents a week back as a reply to the email but haven't gotten any response back, I am attaching the documents I replied with. I have been waiting for weeks, need someone from Microsoft to look at my support ticket and reply to me this is ridiculous that we are waiting this long.Developer Employment Verification stuck at Rejected (Pending Partner Action)
Hello Community Managers, our almost 10-years-old active Windows Hardware Developer Account (SellerID 33743350) is completely blocked. After updating our company information to exactly match to our legal entity and identify myself, we received an email to upload documents, but this email links to the legal info page, and there is no possibility to upload anything. Can a Community Manager please escalate this case manually to the Vetting Operations Team, so we can submit our official Commercial Register extract (Handelsregisterauszug)? Thank you and with best regards, GeorgHow to obtain a Microsoft document to demostrate we are an authorized Training Services Partner
We are been required from some customers to demostrate we are an authorized Training Services Partner. As we still do not have a specialized badged we are not able to dowload from partner center any kind of letter to certified we are in that position. Do you know if there is any way to demostrate that authorization once we have been admitted in the TSP program but we are not with an specialized badge?Using OneDrive workspaces to maintain QBR history and monitor quarterly account performance changes
Hi Marketplace community, I wanted to share a practical Microsoft 365 agent pattern we have been working on for recurring account-review workflows. In merchant services, quarterly business review preparation often starts with the same basic ingredients: a CSV or TSV export, a set of merchant accounts, performance metrics, PowerPoint scorecards, and follow-up notes. The challenge is not just generating one review. It is maintaining a repeatable QBR history across many accounts and making it easier to spot what changed from one quarter to the next. With https://marketplace.microsoft.com/en-us/product/WA200010195, we are exploring a Microsoft 365-native workflow where the agent helps account teams: - Generate QBR scorecards for one merchant or multiple merchant accounts from CSV/TSV data. - Create PowerPoint outputs for each account. - Save each run into an organized OneDrive workspace. - Maintain an index of accounts and per-account status for the run. - Support follow-up workflows with draft email content. - Use sample workbook content to demonstrate quarter-over-quarter change detection across volume, authorization performance, acceptance cost, disputes, and refunds. The core adoption pattern is simple: use OneDrive not just as file storage, but as the persistent workspace for recurring business reviews. Each QBR run becomes easier to revisit, share, compare, and operationalize. For teams managing many customer or merchant accounts, this turns QBR preparation from a one-off deck-building task into a more durable account-performance workflow. I would be interested to hear how other Marketplace builders are approaching similar patterns: - Are you using OneDrive or SharePoint as the durable workspace for agent-generated outputs? - How are you helping users compare business performance across reporting periods? - Are customers asking for more “history and change tracking” rather than just one-time generated artifacts? The app is listed on Microsoft Marketplace here: https://marketplace.microsoft.com/en-us/product/WA200010195Learn how leading partners turn Microsoft Marketplace into a co-sell growth engine

Hello Microsoft Partner Compliance / Verification team, I am an individual Power BI developer based in Italy. I am attempting to enroll in the Microsoft 365 and Copilot / Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program to publish one completely free Power BI custom visual on AppSource. Immediately after accepting the program agreements, the enrollment was blocked by the automated trust evaluation with the “Microsoft runs on trust” message. Reference number: 715-123160 Transaction ID: not provided / blank Correlation ID: 8ae49bff-f941-4596-b044-bb87bc603163 I attempted to submit a support request through both: The standard Partner Center support form. The official “support ticket without a partner account” route recommended in this community. Both forms fail during submission with the generic message: “There is a problem submitting your request, try again.” Therefore, I have no support ticket number. I am applying transparently as an individual publisher. I do not have a registered company or VAT number, so I did not enter a fictitious registration number. My legal identity, Italian address, professional domain email and payment details are genuine. The publisher name is “Your PBI Assistant,” and the planned Power BI visual will be free, with no paid services or in-app purchases. Could a Microsoft Community Manager please escalate this to the Partner Vetting / Trust & Safety team for manual review, or provide a working secure channel where I can submit identity, address and domain-ownership documentation? I will provide private documentation only through an official secure Microsoft channel. Thank you.Hardware programme Active and Authorized but dashboard says account deactivated — support catch-22
Our company’s Windows Hardware Developer Program enrollment appears to be stuck in an inconsistent backend state. Current status: Developer Legal Business Profile vetting: Authorized Hardware programme: Active EV code-signing certificate: Active Correct Microsoft Entra tenant linked Windows publisher ID assigned Signed-in user is a Global Administrator No outstanding verification action or “Fix now” option is displayed However, opening the Hardware Dashboard returns: “Access restricted. We’re sorry, you don’t have permission to access this page because your Partner Center account has been deactivated.” This creates a support catch-22. The authenticated Help + support workflow requires a workspace selection, but no Hardware workspace is available because Hardware Dashboard access is deactivated. Following Microsoft’s guidance for users who cannot access an enrolled Hardware account, we submitted the external “Provide issue details” form. A support request number was issued, but we have received only the automated confirmation. Because the request was created outside the authenticated Partner Center workflow, it is not visible under My requests or Organization requests. We need access only to submit two company-internal Windows network-driver packages for Microsoft attestation signing. We are not requesting Windows Update distribution. Could a Microsoft community manager please help route the existing support request to the Hardware Developer Program enrollment/provisioning team? The support-request number, correlation ID, Seller ID, User ID and screenshots can be provided privately. Please check whether the Hardware workspace requires backend reinstatement or reprovisioning. All visible company verification and certificate checks are already complete.
