The Partner Payment Center payment page does not properly process cards. The error I am receiving does not seem to be a valid error for credit cards: Payment failed due to insufficient balance. Please check with your bank or try again with a different card. My Card is in good standing. In the MS store I have no problem, just in the Partner payment page. I've cleared the browser cache and still get the same error.Azure Marketplace - Could not Create marketplace item
I am trying to create a marketplace offering on Azure. After successfully going through the publishing process, when I click on my offering I just see this: The "Preview" works fine though. I uploaded an app icon which shows in the preview, so not really sure what Gallery item it's asking for.Solved67Views1like3CommentsSuggestions for improving the nonprofit grants and discount program
Over the last few years, a number of changes to the grants and discount program have taken a bit of the shine off the program (removal of Dynamics 365 Sales grants, Business Premium, Power BI Premium, retirement of Fundraising and Engagement). I wanted to offer some suggestions based on feedback from nonprofits and partners on small changes that could make an improvement to the program. Allow all nonprofit staff (including contracted staff) and volunteers to use grant offers (i.e. allowing nonprofits to assign granted Business Basic licences to volunteers) Increase the Microsoft 365 Copilot discount - many nonprofits still find the discounted cost prohibitively high Replace the 10 free 'Power Apps per app' with 10 free 'Power Apps Premium' - encouraging nonprofits to use the Power Platform more. Broaden your eligibility criteria to include Social Enterprises such as Community Interest Companies in the UK, Social Traders in Australia, etc Provide nonprofit staff and volunteers with free certification exams for foundational level topics (Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, etc) Let's make the program a leader in the sector again, especially for the smaller, resource-constrained nonprofits that do so much good. Hello new TSPs. We are currently updating the onboarding process to provide better communications around process and timing. While we work to update, please send me a private message if you have completed the onboarding form and you are currently waiting on a response. I anticipate this workaround to last for a few weeks and for us to have a new process in place in January. Once the update is complete and the normal process resumes, I will delete this thread. Hi all, I am interested in becoming a MCT and I am not really sure where to start with it. I have been asked by my company to become an MCT with a focus on Office 365 and AI for the end user. I am involved with some back end stuff but this is more the IT Technical team. Can anyone outline what courses I would need to do in order to become an MCT for an end user delivery, the cost of the exams/ courses and where I can get started with them. Any help would be helpful.Become a TSP
Hi, I have a company that only provides training. I created it because I have a group of trainers who are all certified and MCTs. But I'd actually like to also become a Training Services Partner. So, in short: I have a company with ID. The trainers are MCTs. Questions: What do we have to do for the company to also become a Training Services Partner? What are the steps?Microsoft In a Day (XIAD) Partner Events Program - Train the Trainer Events

I'm not sure, whether this is the correct place for some suggestions for the above kit. Although great update & kit, new toolkit is not 100% up-to-date when it comes to certifications: TSP - e-book, infographics: MS-500 and related certification was retired almost two years ago: Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate certification and Exam MS-500 retiring | Microsoft Community Hub SC-400 will be retired tomorrow. SC-401 and especially new Information Security Administrator Associate has already been updated in Certification Poster (https://aka.ms/CertPoster). Name of certification not 100% correct in materials MS poster 2 - Cybersecurity architects training journey.pptx has same (AZ-104 Azure Admin) content as MS poster 1 - Azure administrator training journey.pptx Also, there are some materials with Copilot for Security which has been rebranded to Security Copilot.CosmosDb multi-region writes and creating globally unique value
Hi! I am trying to understand how to deal with conflicts when using multi-region writes. Imagine I am trying to create a Twitter clone and I have to ensure that when a user creates an account, it also select an unique user handle (a unique key like username ). In a single region I would just have a container with no indexing and then create that value as a partition key, if I succeed it means that there was not another handle with that value and from this point nobody else will be able to add it. But when thinking in multi-region writes, two persons in different regions could indeed add the same handle. Then the conflict resolution strategy would need to deal with it. But the only conflict resolution possible here is to delete one of them. But this is happening asynchronously after both persons successfully created their accounts, so one of them would get a bad surprise the next time they log in. As far as I understood, there is no way to have Strong consistency across multiple write regions. After thinking for a while about this problem I think there is no solution possible using multiple write regions. The only solution would be to have this container in an account with a single write region, and although the client could do a "tentative query" to another read-only region to see if a given handle is already taken, in the final step to actually take it I must force the client to do the final write operation in that particular region. Consistency levels here only help to define how close to reality is the "tentative query", but that is all. Does this reasoning make sense? Many thanks.Tech Talks presents: The Copilot Studio Usage Estimator
