Hi all, We have a situation where a customer is asking for a 'private offer' to be published to them - which is fine, we have done that. However, their procurement processes don't appears quite up to speed with using 'digital marketplaces' and so their procurement person is asking if we can send them a PDF hardcopy of the 'private offer', so they can send it onwards internally for approvals, before clicking the 'accept and then 'purchase' buttons in Marketplace. It seems that the authority within the customer that needs to approve it, is not actually a person that uses or will log onto the Azure Portal to view and accept the offer... and that a person who will logon to the Azure Portal to 'accept' it, first needs to send a PDF/hardcopy to someone to approve it. Is there a way that we as the ISV can export the 'private offer' to PDF for them, or a way for them to view the private offer in their Azure Portal and to export that to a PDF, so they can use internally for their approval processes?Accelerate your Marketplace success

Hello people, I am currently doing the self taught learning path for the PL-400 certification. However, to complete the practical exercises I need access to Power Apps and a Microsoft Dataverse etc. I am using a personal email and not a school or work one - hence I am trying to create a Microsoft 365 Developer Program account to allow me to have access to Power Apps etc. But I am stuck when trying access the dashboard as it is stuck on a infinite loop of "Loading your data" and I am not sure what to do and what is causing this. Has anyone else had this issue and what can I do to get around this? I think it is super important for me to get access to power apps in order to complete the training as it will impact my understand and ability to complete the course. I am sure there is enough people who take the course that are no in school or work. I hope someone can help me Regards, MarkSecuring Global Administrator accounts
Hello all, According to this article: Use admin accounts only for Microsoft 365 administration. Admins should have a separate user account for their regular use of Microsoft 365 Apps, and only use their administrative account when necessary to manage accounts and devices, and while working on other admin functions. It's also a good idea to remove the Microsoft 365 license from your admin accounts so you don't have to pay for extra licenses. I should have a separate unlicensed admin account. How do I follow the above recommendation and continue to receive emails from the partner center? We have also been encouraged to use Privileged Identity Management, and use one account but only activate the admin role when needed. Does Microsoft recommend using PIM, or do they recommend using separate admin accounts? When using PIM, I only receive email sent to global administrators, when the PIM role is active. I am having trouble understanding how to follow this guidance when the admin portals do not appear to support emailing the "regular user account" of an administrator. When I asked Partner Center frontline support for clarification on this guidance I was asked to post my question here. Thanks!TSP Stautus

Hi All, we are trying to deliver SC200 course. Out MCTs tell us the courseware is not working at all. Video Links are not working eg. Missing Permissions Wrong Links I cannot find any contact to get answers to these issues? Can anyone give hints how to discuss these topic. Just to play ping-pong between ALH and "Content Creators" (1 Month Feedback Time) and getting no resolution doesn´t help here. Can you please get back to a working environment. Will nonprofit pricing be available for the Defender and Purview Suites for Business Premium? Many clients have purchased the E5 Security license when it was first released as a Business Premium upgrade, which is available as a nonprofit SKU. A couple of months later Microsoft released the defender and purview suites for BP but never added the licenses as a nonprofit SKU. Microsoft also removed Business Premium as an upgraded path to E5 Security (now Defender Suite). Leaves those of us who purchased the E5 security upgrade in a bad place. Please advise.Nonprofit pricing for Purview and Defender suites for business premium
I'm wondering when the Purview and Defender Suites will be added to the nonprofit pricing sheets with the nonprofit discount. E5 Security was an available add on to Business Premium for a couple of months before it switched to the Defender Suite for Business Premium. Now clients with the E5 Security add on are left without a discounted option to go forward as Business premium has been removed as a prerequisite.REMINDER: Register for Nonprofit Data Solutions in Microsoft Fabric – Dec 9

Hello everyone, I am stuck at the Employment Verification step while trying to enroll in the Microsoft Partner Center. I have already submitted the required documents, including the domain invoice and the assignment letter, but Microsoft responded with: "Based on the information you have provided to date, we have determined that your organization does not currently meet the requirements to pass verification." This leaves me very confused, as the reply does not explain what exactly is missing or what additional documents are required. I have carefully checked the documentation, but there is no clear guidance. As a company focusing on IT security, this is extremely frustrating. We recently shifted from Linux to Windows development, and without a Microsoft Partner account we are unable to proceed with building kernel-level antivirus solutions for our users. This has a devastating impact on our business. Could anyone please share their experience or advise on what specific documents or requirements Microsoft usually expects in order to pass Employment Verification? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
