Video Layout- show all participants
When we have a video call my team can see everyone on the call however I can only see the person actively talking during the call. I would like to be able to see all participants (we are a group of 3) at the same time. Anyone know how to change this?

XXX needs to accept your chat request before you can send your next message
Hi, I've added some users of my old organization. I can chat with them but after 5 or 10 messages, I can receive messages but can't send anymore. What can I do ?

VIEW ALL PARTICIPANTS IN VIDEO MEETING
We have 8 people on a daily video meeting in Teams. Default setup gives 3 or 4 video screens and then rest only appear as small icons in the bottom corner. We need it so all 8 can be seen with the member speaking being a larger window and the others still visible in video, but in smaller tiles. (similar to how it looks in Zoom) Is it possible to reconfigure settings?

When chatting on the mobile version, I can tap-hold a chat message and get a "reply" option that quotes the original message in the reply. How can I do this with the desktop app?

Custom Background Images for Teams Meetings
Teams allows you to use a set of images selected by Microsoft as the background for meetings. It’s a nice feature, even if it lacks the ability to upload and use a custom image of your own. This capability was promised, but it looks as if Microsoft knows they need to some work on admin framework before they allow people to upload their own images. https://office365itpros.com/2020/04/06/teams-meeting-background-image/

URL that opens Teams?
So we're looking to embed URL's in Sharepoint site pages. We want to be able to have the URL automatically open the Teams app and go to a specific conversation or team. Is there a way to embed this? Anyone know? Thanks!

Teams Polls - Where are the results (by name of respondent)?
I've created a Poll (via Forms) as a post in a channel for my Team. The card created for the poll states, "Results are visible to everyone; Names recorded", however, I cannot for the life of me figure out who submitted responses - can't find where these names are recorded. Anyone know how to get this info? Otherwise it's just a completely anonymous poll. Thanks, Bob

How to Add new invites to meeting in teams without sending invite to all existing attendees?
Using the Teams Calendar function: Before a meeting is started, there is a need to add invitees to an existing meeting. Is there way to add the invitee so only the new invitee receives the invitation. Currently, when this function is attempted, all of the invites receive the meeting invitation. If you use Outlook Calendar, it gives you the option to update only the new invitees or all invitees. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thanks.

MS Teams Select Background outside of conference call
Is there a way in MS Teams to change or 'try on' different backgrounds before or without starting a new meeting? I have been able to upload backgrounds and test them during conference calls, but have not been able to view them outside of meetings.
