Intune device location tracking
Do you have any plans on being able to locate a corporate iOS/Android device without having to put it in lost mode? One issue we have is devices are moved to different locations and we are unable to determine where these are located without end user impact. Having a report or a map would be very beneficial.James LisbethSep 27, 2023Copper Contributor9.8KViews0likes3CommentsIs UserVoice going away for ConfigMgr/Intune?
I've been seeing a lot of chatter on Twitter about Microsoft moving away from UserVoice including this article on ZDNet. https://www.zdnet.com/article/microsoft-is-moving-to-its-own-alternatives-to-uservoice-for-customer-feedback/ Will ConfigMgr and/or Intune move to a different feedback mechanism and if so, what will happen to all the existing content on UV?CristopherAlayaOct 05, 2021Iron Contributor5.3KViews2likes2CommentsATE Android Devices MEM

According to the following article, doing an OS upgrade with stand alone media is supported. Create stand-alone media - Configuration Manager | Microsoft Docs I have created a OS upgrade task sequence, and in order to create stand alone media, there is a requirement to select a boot image, which I've done. Therefore the device will boot in WinPE. However, every time I've tried to use the stand alone media, I get an error indicating the OS upgrade can not be run in WinPE. Error is "The step (Upgrade Operating System) must be running in full OS". So I have devices I want to run an OS upgrade on using stand-alone media since the devices are not located in a location we have a large enough WAN connection or distribution point to deploy the upgrade from. Can anyone help me figure out what I'm missing? Seems to be a supported method, but not functional and I've reviewed the documentation for this several times.AWA84Mar 16, 2021Copper Contributor964Views0likes0CommentsAsk the Experts - Microsoft Endpoint Manager for frontline worker scenarios

We have one usecase where we use unassociated devices (enrolled by QR code and based on dynamic group membership - no user credentials attached). This works fine, however it is very hard to find these devices back. We can't search by serial number and the device ID or management name is not readily apparent on the device. What do you advise to identify these devices?TychoSchenkeveldMar 16, 2021Copper Contributor501Views0likes0CommentsAudit log
Hello, I am looking for an audit log of all users who have accessed O365 from non-managed (Intune) devices in the last 30 days. The O365 audit search can get half way there but no option to select it came from a non-managed device.burnettcMar 16, 2021Copper Contributor490Views0likes0Comments
