I'm a small business CEO in Germany, trying to verify my domain for Microsoft Teams Phone. I've been stuck in verification for WEEKS despite providing all required documentation multiple times. Documents Provided: Official Namecheap Order Summary (domain purchase receipt from August 2025) Official domain ownership transfer confirmation to my company SPONTANEUS UG All information requested: domain name, owner, registration date, duration, registrar The Problem: Microsoft support repeatedly rejects these standard domain registration documents, asking for the same information. The requirements keep changing mid-process, and when I request escalation to a supervisor, the requests are ignored. Business Impact: I've paid for Teams Phone, but I'm unable to activate it. This is preventing me from making business calls to prospects - directly impacting my ability to generate revenue. What I Need: Someone at Microsoft who can actually read standard domain registration receipts Escalation beyond the current support agent, who keeps copy-pasting the same responses Teams Phone activation so I can run my business Has anyone experienced similar domain verification issues with Microsoft Teams Phone? How did you get it resolved? Any guidance on proper escalation channels would be greatly appreciated. This shouldn't take weeks when I have all the proper documentation from a major registrar like Namecheap.JoanJuwelSep 12, 2025Copper Contributor7Views0likes0CommentsPhone Link disconnects in 24h2 and Pixel 6a resolved

Hi all, I have a question about MS family safety. In Family Safety, I have "Filter inappropriate websites and searches" set to "on" for my sons Win 11 laptop. However, this is far too restrictive and on many occasions I need to grant him access to normal everyday school websites. For him this causes delays in class. The only option is to turn of the feature allowing him to access any content. Is there no middle ground? Just block obviously bad stuff but don't be too restrictive? Or only apply the filter outside of school hours? This is not a workable solution like this, and I turned filtering off. Btw, I'm not sure if this is the proper place to post this, but it was the only place I could find an "ask a question" button. After approving a disposition in Microsoft Purview Records Management, the item is moved into the Disposed items list in the Purview portal. However, the actual deletion from SharePoint (or OneDrive) is not happening. Could you please help understand what is the timeframe for the actual deletion to happen? What are the behind the scene activities at SharePoint level? How does the items marked for deletion through the disposition workflow gets picked up? Is there a way to expedite the deletion process by assigning another label rather than approving at the disposition stage? Even after deletion, the items sit in the site collection recycle bin. Does it need to be manually deleted from the Recycle Bin or is there any way to automate the removal process from Recycle Bin itself. Appreciate any ideas.sudipabatabyalSep 10, 2025Copper Contributor21Views0likes1CommentAny way to unsync and unlink Onedrive without accessing the account?
One of my users has 2 Onedrive accounts synced to their file explorer. One is an Exchange and the other an Outlook. The Outlook account was not provided by my company so we have had no luck in trying to recover it since the previous user is no longer employed. Is there anyway to remove and unsync the files?rramdathSep 09, 2025Copper Contributor19Views0likes1CommentRegistry setting to exclude specific processes from UI Automation
Hi everyone, I'm dealing with a system-wide UIA blocking issue caused by one problematic application that interferes with my other applications that rely on UI Automation functionality. One application in my system hangs and frequently blocks UIA, which prevents my other automation tools from working properly. I need a way to exclude this specific process from UIA while keeping UIA enabled for everything else. What I'm Looking For: A registry setting to disable UIA for specific processes, similar to how Image File Execution Options works. Something like: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\ProblematicApp.exe "DisableUIAutomation"=dword:00000001 Does such a feature already exist that I might have missed in the documentation? Are there any alternative approaches to prevent specific processes from participating in UIA? Would this be something Microsoft might consider implementing? This would solve the issue by allowing me to continue using UIA for legitimate automation while preventing one bad actor from blocking the entire system. Any insights or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!claudiuSep 09, 2025Copper Contributor34Views0likes1CommentDesign Mode in Developer Tab is Greyed out
