What triggers Microsoft's cloud filtering layer to assign a Spam Confidence Level (SCL) score?
Calling all Exchange and Microsoft 365 experts! I am investigating why two messages (received by the same recipient) sent from the same sender, domain, IP, and infrastructure received different Spam Confidence Level (SCL) scores from Microsoft’s cloud filtering layer (Exchange Online Protection). Message 1 (SCL 1): Delivered to Inbox Message 2 (SCL 5): Routed to Junk Both messages: Passed SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and CompAuth Had identical spam rule triggers and phishing scores Used the same HELO/EHLO and PTR records The only differences were: Slightly different routing paths and engine codes Subtle differences in message body content Question: What specific factors or heuristics in Microsoft’s cloud filtering layer could cause a change in SCL scoring for messages that appear nearly identical in infrastructure and authentication? Any insights into how SCL scoring is dynamically influenced would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance to whoever can shed some insight into this!!! Blogsite AI Voice Answer machine
Hi all, I wanted to quickly to write to show how I thought about building a system based on Azure to allow my blogsite to answer questions about a blog post that a reader may suddenly have in their mind while reading through the post to extend learning. The basic flow is: -User loads a blog post -On load, the page populates 3 buttons a third of the way in the page, each with randomly AI generated questions related to the page that a reader might ask about the page content -On clicking a button, the question is answered through voice, with the answer being 'just' enough to answer the question without being over-bearing (at least that's my feeling!) The architecture is constructed as the following: I wrote in full on how I did this for my blog here : https://www.imaginarium.dev/voice-ai-for-blog/ I wanted to perhaps hear on if I was missing anything here on the design, security considerations particularly on the Azure side? Any ways to improve on the AI Voice implementation? I'm using the Azure OpenAI neural voices at the moment. Gemini voices lately are really good too!! I even thought about using a custom neural voice of my own but I ran into issues when trying to do that within Azure due to not having an enterprise subscription readily available to be allowed this capability. Thoughts?

Copilot Pro - Links Not Working
It's done a great job of summarising a 100 page pdf. Then it's created a powerpoint but when it shows the downloadable link I can't click on it (no way to download it) It's in bold - no right click or any other clicking option - have literally tried everything. Changed browsers, no fix. Cleared cache & cookies, no fix. Many thanks!
Sending Messages on MS Teams with Azure Bot Error
Good Day My Friends, I have just created for my university research project a Azure Bot for Teams meeting (it s not an Teams App), I can attend the meeting with meeting id, passcode, and managed to receive messages from chat, but the problem is when I m trying to send messages on Teams Chat part with bot account I m getting an error " No conversation references available at all" not sure error is because of that or not but I'm open for your offers. How to assign admin-level permissions in Azure Purview without using Global Administrator
Hello, We have a question regarding the management of roles and permissions in Azure Purview. According to the documentation (Azure Purview permissions), it seems that Global Administrator permissions are required to access all features, which raises some security concerns for us. Is there no way to assign a more specific role — similar to how it works in Microsoft Fabric with the Fabric Administrator role — rather than having to assign the Global Administrator role? If this is indeed not possible, we understand that the proper workflow would be for someone with Global Administrator privileges to go to Azure Purview > Roles and Scopes > Role Groups, and from there assign a more granular Purview-specific role to selected users, such as a Data Curator or Data Source Administrator. When I go to Microsoft Entra ID in Azure, why does it say that I (Owner) am an External?
Hello, I am new to Azure and have been learning about Microsoft Entra now using my personal Microsoft account. While I was browsing around, I went to Azure portal -> Microsoft Entra ID -> User. I see that I am the only user in the current directory (ex: "email address removed for privacy reasons" directory) which makes sense. However, what I am confused about is that I have User Principle Name as "microsoftsutdent123_outlook.com#email address removed for privacy reasons" (although I checked that I am a global admin). I really don't get what's happening and even if this is normal, and I did deploy a very basic web app using Azure App Service if that matters... Match Row position for multiple rows of same Metric
I have around 30000 rows in my excel, which values for multiple metrics for multiple months Rows for 01 month for 01 metric has Headers as 01 rows and values remaining there are around 150 columns Example as in below table metric ABC in DEC 2024 has 5 column whereas in JAN it can have 6 column or 4 columns and so on We need to match COLUMN_TYP =H for each metric if for ABC DEC and JAN it would match but for FEB Cost is in Column G as compared to DEC, JAN it was in Column H we need to check for each file compare header Kindly hep if we can have some sort of VBA scriptsComputer Issues
I’m new to computers and how it all works and recently I was asked by a game to enable secure boot and upon doing so on my windows 11 computer my Ethernet connection no longer is available alongside my other connected devices such as headphones and keyboard I tried looking up many different solution and nothing seems to work whenever I restart my computer and go to the password screen it shows a orange bar underneath instead of the usual blue
