Briefing email enhancements

To help streamline work and meet employees where they are, with what they need and when they need it, today we introduced several enhancements in Microsoft Viva, including how we're enhancing the daily briefing email from Microsoft Viva to highlight key information from Viva apps directly in your inbox. Soon, briefing emails will surface personalized employee experience data, including learning reminders, suggested topics, and meeting recaps. And with Viva Insights, you'll also see options to enroll in recurring time booking plans to make it easier to set time aside for catching up on emails and chats, taking regular breaks during the workday, and meeting weekly learning objectives.
