Copilot Highlights generates concise, actionable summaries from your existing survey data. It’s designed to help you move from insight to action faster—without needing to dig through pages of results.
Here’s what you’ll see in your dashboard:

A snapshot of response rates and engagement outcomes. - Celebrations
Highlights of team strengths and improvements worth recognizing. - Your team
A breakdown of scores across direct reports and sub-teams. - Your opportunities

How it works
Copilot Highlights applies built-in interpretation rules to help you focus on what’s most meaningful:
- Response rate confidence
Understand how representative your data is based on team size. - Notable score changes
See shifts in sentiment that meet minimum thresholds. - Benchmark comparisons
Spot differences between your team’s scores and selected benchmarks.
⚠️ Note: Copilot Highlights won’t display if the report or dashboard is empty due to insufficient data or suppression.
What to expect in preview
During the private preview, Copilot Highlights is available for:
- Team Summary and Executive Summary reports
- English-only experiences (multilingual support is coming)
- Copilot-enabled users in Viva Glint
Some features—like chat-based summarization and recommended actions—are on the roadmap and not yet available.
