A couple of months back the SCVMM team released a new version Virtual Machine Manager Configuraiton Analyzer (VMMCA) to support Virtual Machine Manager 2008. Recently, we released an update to the VMMCA that now includes checks for all recommended hot fixes for the VMM server and Windows hosts. The VMMCA should be your first resource for troubleshooting as it is intended to identify commonly known issues.

Note: If VMMCA is currently installed on your VMM Server you must uninstall it from Programs and Features before installing VMMCA Update 1.
