Our friends over on the System Center Service Manager team have spent a tremendous amount of time designing and building their management pack and now I'm very happy to say, it's released ! Darko Vukovic is a Program Manager on the SM team and he's posted a very useful accompanying set of best practices for getting started with their new management pack.
