We're pleased to announce that the Service Manager Beta 1 is available! For more details, see this post on the System Center blog.
To begin using the product, access Microsoft Connect and fill out the nomination survey. Once you've completed the survey, you will see the Service Manager beta connections page, which provides links and instructions for downloading.
