New System Center Service Manager Webcasts

Announcing two new 300-level TechNet webcasts on Service Manager 2010:

• Reporting and Business Intelligence with Service Manager 2010 (with Chris Lauren , Monday, June 28th @ 1pm (PT)).
  Microsoft System Center Service Manager 2010 includes an extensible data warehouse and reporting platform with many reports out of the box. In this demo-packed webcast, I’ll show you how to use and customize these reports as well as create your own using Report Builder. To wrap up the session, I’ll show you how to setup the Service Manager dashboards. This will be a moderately technical session.
• Asset Management with Service Manager 2010 and the Provance Management Pack (with Warren Talbot and Gord Watts, Thursday, July 8th @ 9am (PT)).
  Learn how the Provance IT Asset Management Pack complements the Incident, Problem and Change Management capabilities of Service Manager with powerful IT Asset Life Cycle Management and Software Asset Management. Demos will include IT asset life cycle management, software management, license compliance and enhanced incident and change management all performed from directly within Service Manager using this third party process management pack.
