After installing a secondary Management Server for System Center 2012 Service Manager Service Pack 1, you may start seeing Event ID:
28000
errors logged to the Operations Manager event log with the following description:
The Root Connector received an exception from the SDK Service while submitting task status:
Cannot set availability on a health service that doesn't exist.
There’s a hotfix to correct this issue and you can get all the details here:
KB2862620 - Event ID 28000 logged after installing secondary server for System Center 2012 Service Manager SP1 ( http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2862620 )
